My wife and I have had the dream of buying a property in northern Italy for a long time. As luck would have it, we came across an object on a trip to Como. We asked spontaneously and Luca Ungari (the manager) made it possible for us to visit the same weekend. We struck.However, buying and registering property in Italy is a challenge. Luca and his lovely assistant Silvia helped us every step of the way. Going through administrative procedures in Italy in English requires a lot of patience, but you can do it! One thing must be emphasized; Luca and Silvia were always available, trustworthy, reliable, punctual and extremely uncomplicated. During the purchase phase, contact was made easily via email and WhatsApp, and both were available even at the weekend. Thank you very much for everything and much more that would be too long to write here. We were extremely lucky to meet you!!!

E' stato completato il mio appartamento nel centro storico di Como e desidero esprimere il mio apprezzamento al Signor Luca Ungari, titolare del Patio Real Estate, che mi ha assistita in tutte le fasi dall'acquisto, alla ristrutturazione (con relativi sgravi fiscali), al rogito e che mi ha indicato valide persone che mi hanno seguita sia nella scelta dei materiali ristrutturazione che negli arredi. A tutti loro il mio sentito grazie e certamente non mancherò di indicare ad amici e/o conoscenti il loro nominativo per eventuali necessità abitative.
